OUR SERVICES
Our representative will meet you in person and will hear your needs and take it to the outsourced architects and engineers who will draw your desired drawings according to your specifications. Our representative is here to make a convenient communication between you and the outsourced engineers. The representative has a knowledge in both plan drawing and project management and capable of understanding and interpreting your needs. You will not be charged for the meetings with our representatives, you only pay for the drawings.
ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS
After knowing your requirements and specifications we will provide a professional architectural drawings. Our architecture team is a professional team and has worked on projects both small and large scales. 2D drawings will be complete as they can be used by the contractors in your location (ask for samples).
STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS
As it is a key element that architects and the structural engineers work close to each other, we have a team of engineers who will draw the structural plans according to your specification and the regulations you have. Our consultant will meet you in person and setup a meeting between you and the outsourced engineers to make sure all the requirements are fulfilled (ask for samples).
MECHANICAL SYSTEMS AND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS
After these drawings, Mechanical systems drawings such as heating, ventilating and air conditioning and transport ( elevators and escalators). and Electrical drawings such as plot plan, floor plan, power-riser and wiring diagram. Obviously these would be communicated constantly via the representative and you to make sure all the requirements are fulfilled (ask for samples).
V-RAY
When it comes to making a lasting impression, it’s crucial to present a visually appealing design that also conveys the designers ideas to the customer. We have separate team highly experienced in V-Ray, who will provide high quality renders of your 3D designs. Example of the renders could be provided upon request.
